All prices are in pounds sterling per week. They include all outgoings (electricity, water, rates, taxes), bedlinen & towels (changed weekly), plus a Welcome Hamper of essential groceries and drinks.

We shall be happy to send you a list of Channel Operators (air & sea) with our own comments on the various routes, detailed directions to the property and other information by email or post.

After confirmation of availability, we will email or post to you a Booking Form, which should be completed and returned to us by post.

Please include your deposit, which is 25% of the total cost of your holiday by sterling cheque made payable to 'Peter Hallam' or by BACS bank transfer to:

An acknowledgement and confirmation with a final invoice will immediately be sent to you.

Full balance is required 8 weeks before your arrival when payment should be made direct to 'Peter Hallam' by sterling cheque or by BACS transfer. This payment should include a separate cheque for 200 GB Pounds as a security/damages deposit, which will be returned to you after your holiday, less the cost of any damage incurred. The balance will be returned by cheque direct to your home address.

You may like to arrange holiday insurance against cancellation of your holiday, accidents and damage.

Holiday Dates: Arrival and departure: All arrivals and departures are on a Saturday. We would appreciate it if you can arrive at the property after 4.00 pm and leave by 10.00 am on the last morning so that we can properly clean & prepare your accommodation. We or our housekeepers will be onsite and look forward to welcoming you upon arrival and showing you around.

During the low season, arrangements can be made for different arrival and departure days if preferred.

Duration of your holiday: Both properties can be reserved for a minimum duration of one week, and any number of weeks throughout the year subject to availability.

Cleaning: All properties are thoroughly cleaned after departure and prepared for the next guests. However, you are kindly requested to leave the property tidy and in good order. We do understand that items can become broken or damaged. Please tell us so that we can replace them for the next guests.

Both swimming pools (for Junipérus and Le Nichoir) are open from April until October. They are maintained and cleaned each week. Both pools are fitted with ALARMS meeting the French Government Standard NF P 30-307 (July 2004).However, these ALARMS do not replace parental vigilance and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times.

Bedding and towels: All beds are made up for your arrival with duvets and covers, bottom sheets, pillows and pillow slips. Cots and high chairs are available on request. Bath and hand towels are provided but you are requested to bring your own beach and pool towels.

Pets: We regret that pets are not allowed.

Televisions, Videos and Hi-Fi equipment: All our properties have satellite televisions, videos and radio/cd players. A good selection of books, video/DVD films and board games are available at each property. Perhaps you could also leave behind for other guests any books you do not wish to take home?

There are also some children's garden games and boules are provided in your property for grass petanque.

We & our housekeepers are always available to provide maintenance, advice and information in addition to the collection of publicity on local events and places of interest that you will find in the property.
